Have another question?Can I book straight away?
New clients need a meet-and-greet and approval first, then a completed care agreement. Existing clients can request care, but every booking is subject to availability and is only confirmed when Golden Paws confirms it.
Do you accept aggressive dogs?
No. Golden Paws does not accept aggressive dogs. Please tell us about your dog’s behaviour and care needs in advance. Undisclosed behaviour that puts people or animals at risk may result in immediate termination of care.
How do payments work?
Boarding deposits are required. Daycare and walks must be paid in advance. Regular walking slots are reserved and chargeable unless agreed otherwise. Invoices are handled manually and payment details are confirmed once your booking is approved.
What about drop-off and pick-up?
Drop-off and pick-up times must be agreed in advance and followed. Please discuss the times you need when making your request.
Can I see availability online?
Availability changes regularly. Contact Golden Paws with your preferred dates and service so we can check. Sending a request does not confirm a booking.
How do I enquire while the forms are being built?
You can message Golden Paws on Facebook. Let us know whether you’re a new or existing client, the care you need and your preferred dates.
